LUC was commissioned by Hampshire County Council to produce a pilot online Spatial Management Plan. The pilot study presented guidance for the implementation of the North Wessex Downs Management Plan for two Landscape Character Areas, and two topics.
The guidance was presented by way of interactive maps, which enable web site users to add and remove information in pre-set 'layers' of GIS information, to zoom and pan around the map, and to click on geographic features to find out further information.
