Through use of specialist software we are able to accurately calculate and visualise development or change in the landscape.  Clients can choose from a combination of techniques available to best represent a scheme.  Presentation of the results are tailored to suit and can be a powerful and immediate way of describing visual impact.

Zones of Visual Influence (ZVI)

Three-dimensional modelling of a landform is the basis on which to gain an understanding of a project’s visual impact.  ZVIs can be taken from the centre location of the development, along a linear route or from viewpoints in the surrounding landscape.  The viewpoints can be coordinated with photomontages to give an impression of a project that provides clarity and accuracy.
