At the local level, LUC has considerable experience of carrying out SAs and SEAs of development plans and local development documents, including core strategies, area action plans, and supplementary planning documents.
Our range of experience includes SAs and SEAs of housing and employment proposals, local transport plans, minerals and waste plans, and sustainable design. LUC has a particularly strong track record on issues relating to adapting to climate change, and on the relationship between the environment and the economy.
