Initially working for the Rutland Group we dealt with the land use planning issues, including Public Inquiry, design, implementation and after-care management.
LUC acted as masterplanners for the overall scheme and landscape designers for both sides.
The Country Park has won numerous awards including the Landscape Institute Design Award 1997 for reclamation and regeneration. LUC continue to advise on strategic planning and design for other derelict sites within the Bedfont Lakes context.
