This is matched with extensive
briefing sessions with the client where we aim to really understand their
needs, expectations, hopes and fears. This, allied to a conscious rejection
of a house style, allows us to produce rich and locally distinctive outputs
and designs which meet client needs. We do this using a mix of innovation
and practicality, creativity and affordability. Many hundreds of projects
have been delivered on time and in budget, welcomed of clients and end-users.
This approach is used for both research studies and design projects. Our
very extensive experience of monitoring design, construction and aftercare
of an enormous range of projects provides invaluable feedback and helps
to ensure achievable and lasting solutions within these studies.
