Profile

Jeff Smallwood has been LUC's General Manager since 2007.  With over 30 years experience in management and leadership at senior level in the public, private and not for profit sectors, Jeff brings a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge to the company.

Jeff leads a team of professionals who provide financial, marketing, human resources, information systems, facilities and office management services to their colleagues. This team focuses on ensuring we address the needs of our clients efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Jeff reports directly to the Board and is also LUC's Company Secretary.

Although formally based in our Bristol office, Jeff balances his time across the other three offices on a regular basis.
