LUC has extensive experience in planning for and designing new and improved health and education facilities. We help gain planning permission for both large and small-scale redevelopment and new build projects, often in sensitive locations. Our intelligent and appropriate landscape design provides a context that integrates, provides required facilities and projects a new image.

LUC’s planners also help develop guidance in health and planning policy, including the planning and delivery of Green Infrastructure. This has included research to identify those areas where planning can most influence public health, and walking, cycling and greenspace projects designed to bring health improvements.
