Ecological Clerk of Works Services and On-Site Supervision
Increasingly, planning conditions require on-site ecological or environmental supervision during development to ensure biodiversity gains are secured and wildlife impacts either avoided or minimised. Our ecologists regularly provide Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) services, working alongside developers and their contractors to provide on-site advice, practical solutions and monitoring. This on-site supervision helps deliver projects timeously and within the constraints of planning conditions and wildlife legislation.
This may include shorter term supervision, or the long-term on-site presence of an ECoW.
