
LUC announces 67 promotions in 2023
LUC is pleased to award promotions to 67 of its talented team to kick off an exciting 2023.
The Landscape Planning & Management team congratulates two new Directors – Katrina Davies and Paul Macrae. Dan Walker becomes Associate Director, and Maria Grant and Ed White become Associates. Principal positions are given to Alex Burton and Hamish Liddle. New positions also go to Hannah Germiat, Fiona Pennycook, Lizzie Jewitt and Hannah Ward.
Jon Bannister, Ben Shakespeare and Ed Tarratt are promoted to Associate Directors of Landscape Architecture. Matt Cairns becomes an Associate. Principal Landscape Architect positions go to Chris Cox, Mary Jansson, James Lamb and Glen Wallace. Alex Habermehl, Ben Wayles, Beth Houston, Anna Reid and Meredith Will also move up.
In the Planning team, Josh Allen and Susanne Underwood take on Associate Director roles. New Planning Associates are Lucy Gara, Rachel Haworth and Melissa McGinley. Sarah Temple, Harry Briggs and Olivia Dunham move up to Principal, and Nicole Gilbert, Kathryn Jukes, Sarah Miller, Alistair Peet, Molly Andrew, Ife Asiyanbi and Sarah Newman also receive promotions.
Chris Green becomes an Associate Director in the GIS & Visualisation team, with Joe Nunn moving up to Associate. Principal positions go to Mani Nerwan and Shona Robertson, and Connor Lawrie, Brandon McCabe, Linda Bjerketvedt, Sarah Daniels, Josef Harbich and Ryan Willshear also take on more senior roles.
Ecologists promoted include Iain Mackenzie and Sofie Swindlehurst – moving up to Associate Directors. Rebecca Turner becomes an Associate, Charlotte Clements and Katie Luxmoore become Principals. Michal Ostalowski, Martin Arthur, Jasmine Bernard, Ellen McMurchy, Kaja Redler and Ros Warwick-Haller also receive promotions.
In the Support team, Gemma Bosworth is promoted to Head of Marketing & Communications, with Marketing Coordinator Adam Streets also moving up. Financial Controller Claire Rogers is promoted to Associate Director, and Justyna Musial-Uramowska is promoted to Support Team Manager. Team Coordinators Jordan Munro and Shannon McLauchlan, and People & Culture Assistant Maheen Rai, are also promoted.
