LUC extends Agile Working practices
This month, LUC has introduced new Agile Working practices and benefits for its staff. This allows us to be responsive to the needs of our clients as well as helping our staff achieve a healthy work life balance.
We have long offered a wide range of flexible working options to colleagues, and, in a recent survey, half of our colleagues told us that flexibility in working arrangements influenced their decision to work at LUC.
Agile working options include: part-time or compressed hours, flexible start/finish times, remote working and unpaid leave. We are now formalising these to ensure that they are accessible to everyone and recognise the needs and preferences of individuals from diverse demographic groups.
We are also enhancing our offer with the new option of buying and selling holiday, which colleagues requested in our engagement survey.
We believe commitment to agile working practices enables us to go the extra mile when needed, whilst supporting wellbeing, diversity, personal resilience and growth.
With happy clients, high levels of staff retention, and recruitment currently taking place across the business, we know that flexibility and quality go hand in hand!
