Cnoc an Eas Wind Farm Planning Application Submitted
LUC has recently submitted a planning application to The Highland Council on behalf of developers Force 9 Energy for the 13 turbine Cnoc an Eas Wind Farm.
Working in collaboration with a variety of specialist sub-consultants as well as internal landscape architects and digital designers, LUC project managed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and co-ordinated the production of the Environmental Statement (ES).
If approved, Cnoc an Eas Wind Farm would consist of wind turbines with a tip height of up to 136.5m and would have a generating capacity of up to 44.2MW.
LUC is highly experienced in preparing EIAs and planning applications for a wide range of renewable energy developments, and can assist in all aspects of the planning process from the early feasibility assessment stages to post application, including Public Inquiry work, and the discharging of planning conditions.
