LUC enjoys first company gathering in four years
LUC recently hosted a whole company gathering in Newcastle – the first in four years.
250 employees from six offices met at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for two days of networking, celebrating success and planning for the future.
Day One comprised a musical warm-up activity followed by a ‘Celebration of LUC’ film and presentations from the employee trustees. The day closed with a dinner party and Ceilidh dancing – a popular LUC tradition. The second day saw a morning run along the River Tyne, followed by individual team workshops and a panel discussion.
The event was a brilliant opportunity to connect with colleagues from different offices and teams – strengthening our cross-discipline ethos.
Jon Grantham, Managing Director, said:
“It’s vitally important for us to get together at events like this. We’re a people business so we bring value through the relationships we have with one another, spanning regions and service areas.
“I’m very proud of LUC and it was brilliant to see everyone in person enjoying themselves. ”
We look forward to the next company gathering!
