Craigton & Spittalhill Wind Farm granted consent
Craigton & Spittalhill Wind Farm was granted consent by the Scottish Government DPEA (Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals) this week, following a successful appeal of Stirling Council’s decision to refuse consent. The scheme comprises seven turbines and will generate up to 21MW of electricity.
LUC assisted our client, Force 9 Energy, in navigating the project through to consent. We also prepared the EIA, undertook the landscape and visual impact assessment, and provided support in the preparation of additional information submitted during the appeal process.
