LUC has been appointed to provide an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) review and advice services to Braintree District Council in Essex.

We will be reviewing the Environmental Statement submitted, in support of a large residential-led mixed use scheme comprising up 1600 homes on a site to the west of the town.

This follows our ongoing successful EIA review contracts with several London Boroughs, including Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Lewisham and Redbridge, and illustrates the key role we play in supporting local authorities in the determination of EIA development applications.
