LUC Planner talks EIA at RTPI Development Management event
Our Associate Director of Planning, Helen Kent, is pleased to have spoken at the RTPI North West’s Development Management Update in Manchester last week.
Helen gave an update on Environmental Impact Assessment, focusing on how to navigate Environmental Statements. She explained how to get the most out of the EIA process – as councils, consultees and applicants.
Helen answered questions from delegates on the requirements for EIA of subsequent applications, and scoping EIA for applications on allocated sites.
