LUC is delighted to share its recent success at the UK Employee Ownership Awards 2023. LUC secured the prestigious Employee Owned Business of the Year Award at the ACC Liverpool on Monday 27 November.

Organised by the not-for-profit Employee Ownership Association (EOA), the awards commend the dedication to employee ownership, highlighting its positive impact on businesses and their workforces.

Judges praised LUC's dynamic approach, noting its view of employee ownership as an evolving, integral part of corporate strategy. This approach, seamlessly integrated into governance and strategy, consistently yields excellent financial results and instils a strong sense of purpose among employee-owners.
