The Employee Ownership Association invited members of LUC to appear on their latest podcast episode about Impact & Influence.

LUC employee trustee, Alex Burton, joined the EOA to talk about how employee ownership is empowering our younger employee-owners to have an impact on the business and influence our future direction.

Ben Wayles and Jessica Pearce also spoke about their experiences as employee-owners of LUC.

LUC became a fully employee-owned business in January 2020, sharing profits on an equal basis and involving everyone in key decisions. This helps secure our continued independence as well as aligning our governance structure with our culture and values.
