LUC joins national campaign to encourage flexible working
LUC is one of 27 signatories on a letter in support of Working Families’ #flextheUK campaign.
The campaign is a call from employers to make flexible working the norm in the UK. Flexible working will help close the gender pay gap and support millions of parents and carers in balancing their responsibilities at work and at home.
LUC is a firm believer in the benefit of flexibility for both employees and employers. Flexibility of working arrangements underpin the solutions to many of the key challenges of our times, from wellbeing to diversity, and our Agile Working policy has proved itself in our business growth, employee engagement and operational resilience. We encourage other organisations to embrace fully the opportunities offered by flexible working as the norm, rather than the exception.
We are delighted that the open letter has been promoted by The Telegraph.
