LUC’s planning team has set up a new base in our Manchester office as our Environmental Planner, Jennifer Rea, makes the move from London to the north of England.

Jennifer specialises in environmental impact assessment for energy schemes, mixed-use developments, and also Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. She coordinates the submission of planning applications for the education sector, undertakes sustainability appraisals of local authority strategies and plans, and  manages projects, providing critical reviews of environmental statements on behalf of local authorities.

Jennifer joins our landscape design team who we welcomed to our Manchester office which opened last year.
