LUC is excited to be named as a finalist in the Family Friendly Working Scotland’s 2019 Scottish Top Employers Awards. We have been shortlisted in two categories: Medium Private Employer and Best For Flexible Recruitment.

LUC has offered a wide range of flexible working options for many years and is now focusing on evolving that flexibility to cater for its diverse workforce.  Flexible hours, home working, additional leave and bespoke working arrangements are part of the employee experience throughout the organisation and from recruitment to retirement.
