We are delighted to have made our final inspection of the fourth phase of landscape works to be completed by LUC at Basing View Business Park.

LUC produced the landscape masterplan for Basing View nearly 10 years ago. We have since worked on multiple phases including highway refurbishment, hard and soft landscape, new street lighting and furniture, and a major wayfinding and branding exercise.

Basing View is a 18-hectare business park which dates back to the 1970s. LUC’s transformation of the business park landscape has helped to modernise the site, providing a catalyst to new commerce to the business park.

Representatives of B-Plan Information Systems Ltd at Basing View said: “Basing View has become much more of a pleasant environment since I began work in 2000. All the planting on Basing View is so beautiful as you drive by.

“We human beings often take things for granted and only write to the Council to moan about something which has displeased us, so I would like to change this and ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to all the designers and maintenance staff involved…”
