LUC hosted a successful webinar alongside Landmark Chambers last week on Green Belt Release, for local authorities and developers.

The event looked at challenges that accommodating and promoting sustainable growth presents within and near Green Belts.

The webinar – featuring guest speaker Jenny Wigley from Landmark Chambers – offered insights from our experience of preparing robust evidence relating to the release of land from the Green Belt via local plan-making.

Over 100 people joined the webinar live, which was chaired by LUC’s Director of Planning, Sarah Young. Josh Allen, Associate Planner at LUC also joined the discussion.
