Richmond Housing Partnership has selected Hill Group UK as the development partner for the Ham Close regeneration scheme in Richmond upon Thames.

LUC supported Hill’s bid for the work alongside BPTW and WR-AP, providing landscape architecture services.

The project will deliver a transformative masterplan with an architectural character that reflects the unique ‘village-like’ character of Ham Close. LUC’s Landscape Design team will ensure high-quality landscaping supports the new residential experience by promoting active, healthy lifestyles.
