Isabella Plantation project wins access award
We are pleased that the Isabella Plantation Access Improvement Project received a Richmond Society Award last week. The Society presented the award for improved access and the new amenities and shelter in the Isabella Plantation, Richmond Park, in acknowledgement of a positive and beneficial contribution to the environment and amenities of the Borough.
LUC was lead designer on this HLF-funded project, which actively involved the local community in designing improved accessibility, signage and biodiversity for these spectacular woodland gardens without impacting on their tranquillity.
The Society presented certificates to The Royal Parks as the client, LUC and the main contractors, and a brass plaque to be affixed to the new shelter and amenities block.
