
LUC strengthens environmental planning expertise with James Jarrett appointed Director

James brings nearly two decades of experience in professional services across the United Kingdom and Canada, with a proven track record of leading environmental impact assessment (EIA) and infrastructure planning projects.
His appointment reinforces LUC's commitment to innovative environmental solutions and sustainable development.

James has held senior positions at some of the largest environmental consultancies globally, leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering significant environmental planning projects, primarily in the transit and energy transition sectors.
His extensive experience spans major infrastructure developments in the UK and similarly transformative projects in Canada, alongside a focus on leading business operations.
James will work closely with the team to identify opportunities to expand LUC’s environmental planning capabilities across other sectors, building on its deep expertise in renewable energy.
