LUC celebrates Jeremy Owen’s retirement
LUC got together virtually this week to celebrate the retirement of former Managing Director and Director of Planning, Jeremy Owen.
Jeremy joined LUC in January 1993 and is one of the leading authorities on sustainability appraisal and strategic environmental assessment.
Jeremy has given so much to LUC during the past almost 30 years and been a driving force in shaping the values and company LUC is today – not least helping us to become an Employee-Owned Trust in 2020. Jeremy’s passion for the environment, dedication to the success of LUC, kindness and generosity with his time and advice will be hugely missed by all staff.
An excellent speaker, Jeremy has spread the environmental message for clients such as the Royal Town Planning Institute, Department for Communities and Local Government, Defra, the Environment Agency, Historic England and Natural England.
We wish Jeremy a happy, long and relaxing retirement!
