LUC preparing landscape management and maintenance plan for Regency Gardens, Brighton
LUC is providing landscape management services for a project to restore the vulnerable Regency Gardens in Brighton. We are working as part of a wider design team to apply for funding through the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Our team is preparing a landscape management and maintenance plan for the application. The work builds on the research and design principles set out by a team of specialists, including an understanding of the garden’s significance and issues with visitor pressure.
The management strategy will set out the key operations and resources required to guide the sustainable conservation of the Regency gardens which are currently on Historic England’s Heritage at Risk Register.
