LUC appoints Alison King and Jessica Pearce to Board of Trustees
LUC today announced the appointment of Alison King and Jessica Pearce to its Board of Trustees. Alison and Nicole will join the Board to actively guide the people running the business.
LUC took the bold and important step of becoming owned by all employees in an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2019.

"It’s been quite a journey transitioning LUC to an Employee Ownership Trust. Alison and Jessica will be instrumental in helping the next stage of our evolution. As Trustees, their leadership will be critical as we work to deepen our commitment to employee ownership and positive outcomes in the years to come.”
