His extensive experience in developing and obtaining consent for linear and energy infrastructure projects in Scotland adds to LUC's position as a market leader in renewable energy development in Scotland.
Hywel Roberts is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 22 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and consenting. His consenting experience includes both the Development Consent Order and Town and Country Planning regimes, acquired across England and Wales. He has worked on a wide range of projects in the road, energy, and waste management sectors, and is particularly experienced in negotiating and agreeing mitigation proposals with stakeholders and landowners.

"We are delighted to welcome Henry and Hywel to LUC. They bring a wealth of experience and expertise which will consolidate our position as market leaders in Environmental Impact Assessment and infrastructure consenting."
