LUC Landscape Planner to speak at Ecosystem Services by Design conference
Our Associate Landscape Planner Sally Parker is excited to be involved in the forthcoming Ecosystem Services by Design conference on 18 November, organised by the Landscape Institute‘s East and South East branches alongside Cranfield University.
Sally will be presenting a lecture entitled ‘An Ecosystem Services Analysis for Landscape Planning’ before co-hosting a workshop with Javier Babí Almenar from Lanpro Services for industry professionals and students.
Sally will be speaking about how the use of ecosystem service analysis in landscape planning projects at the national and local level can help guide multi-functional landscape management and planning.
The event, which will be held in Milton Keynes, will explore the integration of ecosystem services into landscape design, planning, and management practice, stressing the role of science to facilitate this.
