LUC has recently updated the existing landscape character evidence base for Sevenoaks District.

The updated Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) is intended to provide context for policies and proposals within the new Local Plan 2015-2035, inform the determination of planning applications and inform the management of future change.

The report was published in 2017 and can be downloaded from the New Local Plan page of the Council’s website.
