LUC wins mapping work for Stratford on Avon
We are pleased to be commissioned by Stratford on Avon District Council to carry out a constraints and opportunities mapping exercise, to help inform the selection of Areas of Search for Gypsy and Traveller sites in the district.
The outputs of the work will inform the preparation of the Gypsy and Traveller Local Plan, helping the Council to ensure that current and future need for Gypsy and Traveller sites in the district can be met.
Using our GIS expertise, we will produce high quality maps to illustrate constraints such as landscape designations, biodiversity assets and heritage features and opportunities such as access to services. The constraints and opportunities will then be considered in combination to assess which areas of the district overall are more or less constrained and inform the selection of Areas of Search.
