LUC prepares LVIA for Hartwood Wind Farm
LUC has prepared the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and assisted with expert evidence for Hartwood Wind Farm.
The appeal has been allowed and consent granted for seven turbines in North Lanarkshire.
Landscape architects at LUC assisted ABO Wind UK Ltd with the successful design of the layout and prepared the impact assessment, as well as an assessment of effects upon residential visual amenity.
LUC staff have been providing trusted advice on the design and environmental impact assessment of renewable energy development for over 15 years, covering on and offshore wind farms, wave power, and solar farms, as well as associated grid connections and electrical infrastructure.
This consent follows the recent consent for Cairn Duhie Wind Farm for RES (see our news article).
