Martin Tabor speaking at Futurebuild 2023
LUC’s Director of Landscape Architecture, Martin Tabor, is speaking at Futurebuild 2023 later this week.
Martin will discuss how nature-based solutions can deliver low-carbon, healthy and nature-positive developments in placemaking.
He will draw from his extensive experience working at the forefront of sustainable architecture in the UK.
The panel, curated by Building with Nature (BwN), will feature design and construction professionals, as well as those engaged in long-term aftercare and stewardship.
Martin will speak alongside Gemma Jerome from BwN, Sam Jones from The Green Partnership, and Isabelle Carter from Stride Treglown.
The session will draw on case studies of exemplary nature-based solutions, and will examine the challenges, mitigations and adaptions involved.
Futurebuild 2023 is an annual conference showcasing ‘the future of the built environment’. It will feature over 400 exhibitors, 135 sessions, 500 speakers, and 90 industry curators.
The session will take place on Wednesday 8 March – you can register online via the Futurebuild website.
