Application submitted for major mixed-use development in Shoreditch
A planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Hackney last month for a new hotel and office development in Shoreditch, East London. The 30 storey mixed use development includes flexible office space and a 200-room hotel, with associated retail, restaurant and events space.
This new landmark building at one corner of the Shoreditch Triangle, with renewed commercial activity and a revitalised street scene, aims to create an effective transition from the traditional heart of Shoreditch into the 21st Century streetscape of the City of London.
LUC managed the EIA on behalf of HG Europe (Shoreditch) Ltd, leading a team of specialists. We worked closely with the architects Gensler, CMA Planning, McBains Cooper and the client to deliver a high quality Environmental Statement to a tight programme.
We were delighted to assist HG Europe (Shoreditch) Ltd with this exciting development and look forward to working together on future projects.
