LUC wins New London Architecture award for Camden playgrounds
We are thrilled to have won an award at the New London Architecture Awards last Thursday for our Camden Active Spaces project.
The Camden Active Spaces project was shortlisted for an NLA award this year in the Wellbeing category which celebrates schemes that improve the quality of life.
The project saw school playgrounds across Camden being revitalized into stimulating, active and natural spaces, aiming to tackle childhood obesity. The finished play-areas contained many bespoke elements such as trampolines, climbing towers, nets, balance trails and monkey bars to encourage high levels of physical activity across a range of abilities.
