We’re delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Peter Massini this month. Peter will be working as a critical friend alongside our Green Infrastructure (GI) and Nature Recovery teams.

This is an important and growing area of work for LUC, as interest in nature-based solutions that benefit people and the environment has never been greater, and we are at a pivotal point in national policy development. Peter will help deliver outcomes for our clients that meet or surpass these new environmental and social requirements.

Peter has thirty years’ experience in ecology, nature conservation, GI and urban greening. He previously led on GI and Nature Recovery at the Greater London Authority and is now a freelance advisor and consultant.

He said, “I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with colleagues from LUC many times whilst in previous roles with Natural England and the GLA. I’m delighted and excited to be able to continue that association and work with LUC to help their clients protect and enhance land in ways that benefits people, landscape and wildlife.”
