The conference will bring delegates together to hear about the latest developments in Preston and Central Lancashire, Blackpool and Fylde Coast, Blackburn, Burnley and East Lancashire and more.

Nick James, Director of Planning at LUC, is set to join the panel. Nick will speak alongside representatives from Cassidy + Ashton, Lancashire Enterprise Partnership, David Cox Architects, Burnley Council, Blackpool Council, Maple Grove Developments, FI Real Estate Management, Preston Partnership & Preston Towns Fund Board and Lancashire County Council.

The panel will discuss the county’s major developments, destination marketing, planning landscapes, funding availability and the people and policies that are shaping the area.

The Lancashire Development Update will take place at the Crow Wood Hotel & Spa in Burnley on – 12:00.
