LUC is pleased to be shortlisted in the ‘Planning to Address Climate Change’ at the Planning Awards 2023.
This award celebrates teams demonstrating how their planning work helpsaddress climate change.
For over 55 years, LUC has been at the forefront of addressing the twin climate and biodiversity crises through our work and expertise in environmental planning, design and management. As a company, we commit to improving places for people and the planet.
We put climate change mitigation and resilience at the forefront of our projects, striving to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients and the environment. We identify climate opportunities in our projects, promoting mitigation, adaptation, natural recovery and social well-being.
“LUC is delighted to be shortlisted for the Planning to Address Climate Change Award. The climate is central to LUC’s mission and has been a thread running through our work for the past three decades. In the early 1990s, we were amongst the first to consider CO2 emissions resulting from new development."
Doug McNabAssociate Director of Planning at LUC
We look forward to the winners’ announcement on 8 June at the IET Savoy Place, London.
