We are delighted to announce that 29 LUC staff have been promoted this year.

In our Landscape Design team, Andy Joynt and Duncan McLean move up to Directors and Andy Pringle becomes an Associate. Sonia Jackett and Liz Redbourne are now Principals and Liv Chilton, Chris Cox and Glen Wallace move up to Senior.

Director of GIS & Visualisation is given to Diana Manson, with Susie Duncan and Katie Stenson moving up to Associate 3D Visualisation Consultant and Senior GIS Consultant.

David Green is now Associate Director of Ecology and Callum McLaren is now a Consultant Ecologist.

In Landscape Planning, Paul Macrae becomes Associate Director and Neil Elliot and Richard Swan move up to Associates. Verity Roberts becomes a Principal and Sarah Harrop and Alice Knight become Consultants.

Our Planning team sees Catrin Owen promoted to Associate Director and Josh Allen, Jo Cottin and Jen Rea promoted to Associate. Natalie Collins, Donald McArthur and Sarah Temple move up to Senior.

Promotions are also awarded to Lorena Estevez Vazquez, Seb Collier and Richard Peake, in HR, Finance and Marketing respectively.

We are very pleased to report that we have made excellent progress with our Gender Pay Gap. LUC’s overall growth has brought with it improved gender balance within the business, with our median pay gap of 18.8% in 2017 dropping to 16.5% in 2018 and 12.7% in 2019.
