
Promotions given to 29 at LUC
LUC is kicking off 2021 by rewarding 29 employees with promotions. Despite the challenges we faced during 2020, we are pleased to be growing our team of talented environmental consultants.
In the Planning team, Kate Wigley is promoted to Director and Kate Nicholls becomes an Associate Director. Melissa Conway moves up to Associate. Consultant Planners Harry Briggs, Olivia Dunham and Leanne Meldrum also receive promotions.
Our Landscape Design team sees James Virgo promoted to Associate Director and Alison King promoted to Associate. Caroline Druon and Julie Hyslop are now Principals. Senior positions are given to Elena Alvarez Medina and Aurelien Wasem. Consultant Landscape Architects Sam Cortis, Rhys Jones and Luca Toth also receive promotions.
Ecologists receiving promotions include Greg Nightingale as Associate and John Allsopp and Rebecca Turner as Principals. Katie Luxmoore and Callum McLaren move up to Senior positions. Ailsa Johnson-Marshall and Mungo Nash are also promoted as Consultant Ecologists.
Steph Crewe and Hamish Liddle are promoted to Associate Landscape Architect and Senior Landscape Manager respectively. Consultant Landscape Planner Rosie Hammonds also receives a promotion.
Chris Green becomes an Associate GIS Consultant.
In the People & Culture team, Helen Ash is promoted to Director and Jennie Williamson becomes People & Culture Advisor. Justyna Musial-Uramowska moves up to Senior Team Coordinator.
LUC’s Managing Director, Jon Grantham, said: “I am delighted we are able to announce these promotions, all richly deserved. We live in challenging times and all the people named have helped LUC rise to these challenges. The promotions also mark the end of our first year as an Employee Ownership Trust.”
