LUC wins LVIA for railway re-instatement
We are delighted to be commissioned by Devon County Council to prepare a landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) for the Bere Alston to Tavistock railway re-instatement and associated trials.
Our work will inform the design, delivery and operation of the reinstated railway and associate multi-use trails. We will assess landscape and visual impacts of the project components and how these can be mitigated, as well as identifying opportunities for enhancements.
This is a nationally significant infrastructure project (NSIP) and as such will be determined by the Planning Inspectorate under the provisions of the 2008 Planning Act (as amended).
