LUC celebrates opening of innovative Rosalind Franklin Wing at St Paul's Girls' School
LUC was delighted to attend the official opening of the Rosalind Franklin Wing, a groundbreaking innovation and design centre at St Paul's Girls' School in London.
The project marks a significant milestone in the school's ongoing development and represents the first completed phase of a comprehensive masterplan.

Our team of planning consultants has worked closely with St Paul's Girls' School since 2019, guiding the project from initial conception to successful completion. In May 2021, the masterplan received both planning permission and listed building consent, setting the stage for this transformative development.
The Rosalind Franklin Wing, designed by renowned architects Jestico + Whiles, with project management by Bidwells, promises to be a cutting-edge facility for student innovation and creativity. The school celebrated the wing's opening on Thursday 27 March 2025 with Dame Kate Bingham as the guest of honour.
LUC's Jon Grantham and Alex Martin attended the opening ceremony, representing the team that has supported the school's vision throughout the project's development. The event highlights the collaborative effort that has brought this exceptional educational space to life.
The new wing stands as a testament to St Paul's Girls' School's commitment to providing state-of-the-art learning environments that inspire and empower students. We are honoured to have played a crucial role in bringing this visionary project to fruition.
