Royal Cambridge Hotel redevelopment granted detailed planning permission
Cambridge City Council has granted detailed planning permission for the redevelopment of The Royal Cambridge Hotel. LUC is providing landscape design and ecology services.
The 80-room redevelopment and expansion project is designed by MCW architects. It forms part of the Grade II listed Scroope Terrace, located within the Cambridge Central Conservation area.
This project builds onto previous successful collaborations with MCW architects including Waterside Campus.
We are now in the process of preparing our Stage 4 detailed proposals before construction starts in late 2020.
