LUC’s Director of Planning, Sarah Young, is excited to join an RTPI South East conference on housing needs. The event will consider the role of planning in seeking to meet the housing challenges in the Green Belt areas.

Sarah is one of the leading authorities on Green Belts, having led Green Belt studies for over 45 local authorities throughout England, in addition to commissions for private developers. She has represented numerous local authority clients at Examination as their Green Belt expert.

Sarah will join other speakers from Portsmouth City Council, Home Builders Federation, University of Birmingham and Landmark Chambers.
