Sally Marshall, Landscape/Seascape Planner, and Melissa Conway, Historic Environment Specialist, are delighted to have been invited to a workshop in Stockholm, Sweden on 12-13 February to discuss their extensive seascape experience.

This includes Sally’s work on strategic-scale seascape character assessment to inform Marine Planning in the UK, as well as Melissa’s experience in the method of Historic Seascape Characterisation (HSC).

The conference will be attended by Swedish local authorities who are currently taking forward marine and coastal planning Sweden. As pioneers in Seascape Character Assessment, LUC’s experts will provide the Swedish delegates guidance on UK methods.
