LUC is part of the Design Team which has just secured planning permission for a major new sports centre at Chigwell School.

This is the culmination of three years’ work, and is the latest in a long line of permissions we have secured for the School. As well as planning, we advised on heritage and ecology.

Jon Grantham, LUC’s Managing Director who led the project, said: “I am delighted we have delivered another consent for the school. Working closely with Squires and Brown Architects and Method Consulting, the new sports centre will be an excellent addition to the facilities at Chigwell.”

James Rea, the Bursar commented: “Chigwell School has worked with LUC on various capital projects over many years, most recently on the successful planning application for new indoor sports facilities and associated vehicle and pedestrian access routes and landscaping.
