LUC Spring Newsletter 2020
While spring has most definitely sprung, you’d be forgiven for not welcoming the season with the usual enthusiasm. The Covid-19 crisis has dominated all aspects of our lives for several weeks and, as a community, we’re all adjusting to the ‘new normal’.
If social media has become an increasingly important part of your life recently, you may have noticed something special happening. The usual stream of content has been replaced with photos of community greenspace and wild, forgotten places. People are rediscovering their local natural landscapes, and it’s bringing them comfort.
Planning, designing and protecting green spaces, for the benefit of our communities, is what we do at LUC and, with a renewed sense of purpose, it’s what we’ll keep doing.
Enjoy some of our most recent news, and stay safe.
