We are delighted that Susan Sharland, LUC’s Non Executive Director, was inaugurated as President of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) yesterday.

CIHT aims to promote the exchange of knowledge, improve policy formulation, stimulate debate on transportation issues, recognise and develop individual competence and encourage best practice in the industry.

We wish Sue all the best in her new role and hope to benefit from shared knowledge of the transport sector, which is a growth area for LUC’s EIA and Landscape Design teams.
