LUC helps protect planned gap between Tamworth and Polesworth settlements
An appeal into a proposed development in a planned gap between the settlements of Tamworth and Polesworth, North Warwickshire, has been dismissed by Inspector Brendan Lyons.
Directors from LUC’s Planning and Landscape teams appeared at the Hearing on behalf of North Warwickshire Council to provide evidence on the impact of the proposed development on the character and function of the planned gap. The full Appeal decision can be found here.
This input follows on from LUC’s input to the North Warwickshire Meaningful Gap Analysis Report. LUC is also producing a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of North Warwickshire’s Development Management Plan.
